We have a wide range of the latest surgical instruments and equipment allowing us to carry out even the most complex life-saving procedures on the spot. Our integral anesthetic system ensures that we can safely anaesthetize all pets from the smallest mouse to the largest dog. The surgery table is heated and body temperature is charted during the procedure. All animals under anesthesia are monitored with a pulse oximeter (to measure oxygen levels), an ECG (to measure heart function) and a respiratory monitor (to verify breathing rates and carbon dioxide). Surgeries take place only under the most sterile conditions; veterinarians and assisting technicians are dressed out in sterile scrubs with mask and gloves. Post operative recovery takes place in our ICU Hospital Ward, where the surgery technician keeps a trained eye on your pet during the recovery process.
